RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We value our customers and will do our best to accommodate any returns or exchanges.
We are happy to process returns for most items within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are unused with the original tags still on and in the original packaging.
For all returns and exchanges please contact email@example.com and we will issue you a returns form so we can understand the reason for your return or exchange. We will issue you a returns prepaid shipping label via email which you can attach to the packaged item. We will issue a refund as soon your items are received back at their original ship location.
Refunds on shipping costs cannot be issued.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on final-sale merchandise, special-order items or items damaged through normal wear and tear as well as any items purchased discounted on final sale, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We also cannot guarantee changes to an order once the order has begun to be processed.
We currently don’t accept returns on international merchandise. All international customers will be responsible for any extra customs or duties added to their order outside of what was paid on our site.
Incorrect shipment or faulty item:
If you believe there is a fault with an item you have received, please contact us as soon as you discover the issue to start the returns/exchange procedure and we will do our best to resolve the problem. A replacement will be sent where the item is still available. Under these circumstances, the shipping cost of the replacement where items are missing, an incorrect shipment or faulty item has been received will be covered by Kali Active.
